We are sensitive to context
So we know that behaviours and results happen within a framework of rules, norms and assumptions that are both unique and common
We take a coaching & mentoring perspective
Realisation belongs to the person we are working with; our role is to enable the thinking that opens the road to realisation

Assertive behaviour appropriately challenges and supports the behaviour of others, encouraging them to also challenge and support, creating new thinking and opportunities
We focus on motivations
Motivators influence (consciously or otherwise) the choices a person makes and lie at the heart of their behaviour. We seek to understand the relationship between these choices, behaviours and results

Looking beyond initial feelings, perceptions, experiences and prejudices, we deepen both our knowledge and understanding and the options we can offer to others
Every person, team organisation or culture is unique and must not be bounded by our assumptions, but explored by us to grow our understanding of the context behind their situation Using questioning and non-prejudicial listening we work with people to explore and reflect upon their perceptions, context and situation We know that supportiveness early in relationships and interactions is how we create the space and mutual confidence to challenge and accept challenge later: The more substantial a relationship, the greater the scope for both support and challenge. We help others to uncover and clarify the reasons for their choices and behaviours, widening their choices and improving their results
