CoachingWe believe that self realisation belongs with the individual. When we coach, we seek to help our coachee to reach self understanding, through empathetic listening and appropriate challenge. We recognise the role language plays in describing both situations and the responses to them. Helping our coachee change their language and the perceptions underpinning the language often is the best route to creating options for alternative behaviour and responses. As Business Relationship Coaches with bags of commercial experience we know the importance of working through others. We work with all our coachees to build their confidence and competence in creating and sustaining high performance business relationships - it is through people that things get done. Coaching, of course, needs to be aligned to organisational goals. We operate a rigorous coaching process, from scoping with clients and coachees, through the coaching sessions and the follow up from them, giving agreed feedback to all stakeholders as the coaching progresses. Our expectation is that the behaviour and performance of our coachee improves and that this will happen as the confidence to build business relationships grows. ![]() |
