Thinking
Thinking in the context of business relationships is collaborative. No Rodin sculptures! Thus, it is important that it begins with understanding of self. Research shows that the greater the confidence a person has in their own thinking, the more able they become to share it and listen to the thinking of others. So the foundation of business relationships is to think well, critique and listen to the thinking of others and share differences with confidence. Through this process the sum of the thinking, what we call the 'considered domain', is greater in scope and complexity and the answers derived from it more robust and differentiated.
